One of the most effective ways to do this is to eat plenty of nutrient-rich, healthy foods such as fruit. But which ones are the most valuable?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the fruits, berries stand out for their nutritional values (fibre, vitamins, antioxidants, trace elements).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:75px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mik-azok-az-antioxidansok\">What are antioxidants?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From&nbsp;<strong>antioxidants<\/strong>&nbsp;substances which&nbsp;<strong>protect cells<\/strong>&nbsp;the so-called&nbsp;<strong>oxidative stress<\/strong>. This stress occurs when the body has too much&nbsp;<strong>Free radical<\/strong>&nbsp;accumulates - unstable molecules that can damage cells, proteins and DNA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How do they help our bodies work?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Neutralise<strong>\u00a0the free radicals<\/strong>, thus reducing cell damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"h-flavonoidok\"><strong>Flavonoids<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Antocianins\u00a0<\/strong>(blueberry, blackcurrant, blackberry)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kvercetine<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g. blueberries, blackcurrants)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Catechins<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g. strawberry)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They support the cardiovascular system, reduce oxidative stress, and have strong anti-inflammatory and cell-protective effects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div acids<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For example:\u00a0<strong>caffeic acid, ferulic acid<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They also help to reduce inflammation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Most people do not eat nearly as much fruit as is recommended. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, we should eat at least 2 cups of fruit a day. But surveys show that only 12 percent of adult men in the US, for example, meet this daily target. To eliminate unhealthy diets, we turn to supplements. In the race to the top of the most commonly used supplements, vitamin C is a sure-fire winner. As an unexpected result, he reported to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/danubagarden.us8.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=d80223ada1ef33303d6a8f053&amp;id=f1324f67d5&amp;e=22314eb958\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MikoMax Garden<\/a>\u00a0has significantly increased the antioxidant content of peppers.
