Many of us are keen to look after our beloved houseplants and 'green friends' in our homes or small gardens, but more and more people are now also conquering the world of hobby gardening and vegetable and plant growing. But what do we start with when we chop our axe into such a big, green, tree?
Let us introduce you to 3 innovative and organic solutions: mycorrhizal fungi, beneficial bacteria (yes, they exist) and seaweed, which we call just a mix of "bodybuilding protein shakes and a Berry drop".
I. mycorrhizal fungi (our product which contains: MikoMax Garden)
How does it work?
- MikoMax Garden contains a large quantity of 6 strains of Micorrhiza fungi, sprinkled by the teaspoonful into the planting hole during sowing or planting. These fungi sense a living root and start growing towards it with their hyphal filaments. When they reach the root of the plant they grow into it and create a woody hyphae "mushroom ball". This is where the exchange/barter between the plant and the fungus occurs. The plant uses this and in return returns useful molecules such as sugars and amino acids to the fungus.
Why is it useful?
- With 30-50%, less fertilizer and watering will be enough to keep your plant in good condition, because the rest will be found and transported to the crop by the fungus
II. beneficial bacteria (our product, which contains: Asco Start Bio Bakter)
How does it work?
- the product consists of tiny micro-granules that are sprinkled into the planting hole during sowing or planting. The small granules contain nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in organic form, which are essential for the plant. The granules also contain 3 types of beneficial bacteria that convert nutrients such as phosphorus, which is essential for rooting, into a form that can be absorbed into the soil
Why is it useful?
- These tiny microgranules contain the initial nutrients needed for plant development. The beneficial bacteria inside mobilise nutrients in the soil so that they can be taken up by your plant, and produce hormones that stimulate root growth
III. seaweed extract (our product which contains: Kelpak)
How does it work?
- marine algae grow in extreme conditions (low tide, high tide, algae-eating animals, sea swells...) so if the conditions are right, they should grow big. so they have highly concentrated levels of vitamins, amino acids, hormones, etc. So they can grow up to 1 meter in a day!
Why is it useful?
- seaweed is a combination of "a bodybuilding protein shake and a drop of Berry". So they have a highly stimulating effect on our plants.
The big advantage of these products is that:
- you can apply it to all your plants, i.e. houseplants, herbs, grass, trees, vegetables ...
- because they are all organic, they are non-toxic to your soil, your plants and your loved ones, unlike chemicals
- you not only strengthen and protect your plants, but also increase the vitality of your soil!
