Important information

We can issue one invoice for one order and we can deliver it to one address. If you require multiple addresses and multiple invoices, you will need to place multiple orders.

The invoice is issued after the parcel is delivered (sent by e-mail).

 If you have comments or complaints about the order, within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt, to lili.zajacz@danuba.hu. To facilitate the investigation, please include the order number and a photo, screenshot or video of the complaint. Thank you very much!

Payment by credit card:

Our bank card payment is faster and easier for our customers, and can be made with VISA and MasterCard.

Credit card payments are made with Barion, which offers both Google Pay and Apple Pay options

Payment on delivery (for domestic purchases only):

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, we will charge an additional fee of HUF 500, which will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
In all cases, we charge a fee for COD, regardless of the value of the order and the amount of the delivery charge.

Important: Follow up (independent of the delivery charge) will be charged, even if the delivery is free of charge (600 HUF). Maximum cash on delivery: 500.000 Ft.

In case of delivery outside Hungary, please check with the authorities of the country concerned before placing your order for any additional costs (e.g. VAT, variable delivery charges). We can only accept non-Hungarian orders from private individuals.

All 40.000 Ft Above for orders FREE DOMESTIC DELIVERY we provide. Free delivery for our returning customers above HUF 80.000.

All 60.000 Ft Above for orders FREE HOME DELIVERY ABROAD we provide. 

If the order includes items, from which (in view of the great interest shown ) temporary stock shortages have occurred in our webshop, you can the order will be delivered in one piece, after the shortage has been received.  

Home delivery: (within Hungary) → 3-4 days delivery time

 International delivery, only to the countries listed here, ONLY FOR HOMELAND: (charges are the same as for domestic home delivery)

Round trip delivery time:

Slovakia (P) → 3-5 days delivery time

Romania (P) → 3-5 days delivery time

Slovenia GLS (P) → 3-5 days delivery time

Italy GLS (P) → 5+ days delivery time

Please inspect your parcel on receipt and ask for a report to be made in case of damage to the products. We are unable to accept any claims afterwards without a report.

In the case of returned parcels that have not been accepted, the return shipment fee is charged to the customer, and we can only resend the parcel if the parcel value is paid in advance!

For non-Hungarian deliveries (private individuals only), please check with the authorities of the country concerned before placing your order for any additional costs.

For orders to a foreign address (only to Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia, Italy), which can only be made to a foreign individual, the delivery fee will be automatically added by the system.
