Useful, unique in the world Trichoderma mushroom strains (our product, which includes: Tricho Immune) can also effectively help the roses in our garden.
How does our Trichoderma mushroom preparation work?
- Applied to seedlings at 3-4 leaf stage and to nursery plants (balcony plants, vegetables, strawberry seedlings) two weeks after planting, it helps plants to adapt to their new habitat, has a beneficial effect in protecting against disease-causing fungi and significantly increases the size of foliage and flowers.
Why is it useful for plants?
- Small garden experiences showed that fungicide treatments could be avoided, as the plant's "immune system" was sufficiently resistant to fungal "attacks" and exposure to abiotic stresses (drought, strong sunlight) was reduced. If not used as a preventive measure, it prevented the further spread of the disease after the first symptoms of any disease had appeared (e.g. tomatoes - Alternaria, Septoria leaf spot).

Containing Trichoderma fungus Tricho Immun the use of our product for fungal diseases of roses
History
In my small garden, my previously beautiful red rose started to die last year. After removing the infested parts, I applied Tricho Immune in March.
The spray also coated the wounds nicely, preventing pathogens from getting into the tissue. I put a third of the contents of the 100 gram packet into my 2 litre home-made small sprayer, and after a month new shoots started to develop on the rose, which no longer showed the symptoms of the disease I had previously experienced.
You can see in the picture that the leaves of the rose have completely peeled off in the spring, and the older, diseased leaves have been shed.
Three months after the treatment, the plant was back to its beautiful flowers.

Further developments
Based on this experience, I now spray my roses 3-4 times a year to prevent disease from the spring after pruning until the autumn.
In the spring, diplocarp leaf spot is expected to appear, and in the summer, rust is also expected to appear.
All my roses are treated annually and although the plants are healthier, there is little or no disease on the plants and the diseased leaves are discarded. Their flowers are also two to three times larger than the average flower size.
