🎄 After 15 December, delivery times may increase due to heavy courier workloads. Orders received after Christmas will be processed in January. 🎄

❗️We can issue one invoice for one order and we can deliver it to one address. If you require multiple addresses and multiple invoices, you will need to place multiple orders.

❗️The invoice is issued after the parcel is delivered (sent by e-mail).

❗️ If you have any comments or complaints about your order, within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt, to lili.zajacz@danuba.hu. To facilitate the investigation, please include the order number and a photo, screenshot or video of the complaint. Thank you very much! 💚

💳 Payment by credit card:

Our bank card payment is faster and easier for our customers, and can be made with VISA and MasterCard.

Credit card payments are made with Barion, which offers both Google Pay and Apple Pay options

⏱️ Payment by cash on delivery (for domestic purchases only):

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, we will charge an additional fee of HUF 500, which will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
In all cases, we charge a fee for COD, regardless of the value of the order and the amount of the delivery charge.

Important: Follow up (független a szállítás díjától) felszámításra kerül, akkor is ha a szállítás ingyenes (600 Ft). Maximum utánvét összege: 500.000 Ft.

In case of delivery outside Hungary, please check with the authorities of the country concerned before placing your order for any additional costs (e.g. VAT, variable delivery charges). We can only accept non-Hungarian orders from private individuals.

The delivery with home delivery happens

📦 All 40.000 Ft Above for orders FREE DOMESTIC DELIVERY we provide. Viszonteladóinknak 80.000 Ft felett ingyenes a szállítás.

📦 All 60.000 Ft Above for orders FREE HOME DELIVERY ABROAD we provide. 

If the order includes items, from which (due to high interest 😉) temporary stock shortages have occurred in our webshop, you can the order will be delivered in one piece, after the shortage has been received.  

🚚 Home delivery: (within Hungary) → 3-4 days delivery time

🚚 There is currently no option: International delivery, only to the countries listed here, ONLY FOR HOMELAND: (charges are the same as for domestic home delivery)

Round trip delivery time:

Slovakia (P) → 3-5 days delivery time

Romania (P) → 3-5 days delivery time

Slovenia GLS (P) → 3-5 days delivery time

Italy GLS (P) → 5+ days delivery time

📦 Please inspect your parcel on receipt and ask for a report to be made in case of damage to the products. We are unable to accept claims without a report.

📦 In the case of returned parcels that have not been accepted, the return shipping fee is charged to the customer, and we can only resend the parcel if the parcel value is paid in advance!

📦 In case of non-Hungarian delivery (only for private persons), please check with the authorities of the country concerned before placing your order.

📦 For orders to a foreign address (only to Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia, Italy), which can only be made to a foreign individual, the delivery fee will be automatically added by the system.
