Lemon tree care - The mulch helps
As a final step mulch was placed on top of the tiles. And a small green plant (probably weeds) came from the nursery with the plant's soil ball, but we left it in the pot because it doesn't bother the lemon tree. However, as it grows it will help with mulching!

This increases the water retention capacity, the soil of the lemon tree does not dry out so easily, and gives the plant a better chance to absorb nitrogen, which is essential for the plant, the small guest plant loosens the soil with its roots, and the living roots are accompanied by soil life.
🍋After these manoeuvres, the citrus trees started to grow spectacularly. The pictures show the new shoots and the beauty of the flowering lemon tree.
