📚 General Information

Once the order form has been filled in, finalised, shipped and invoiced, we are not able to make any changes to the invoice. 

What is the VAT rate?
Our prices include 27% VAT.

Delivery to multiple addresses and issuing multiple invoices:
For one order, only one invoice is issued and delivered to one address. If you want to ship to multiple addresses or need multiple invoices, you must place separate orders.

💰Payment Options 

Payment by credit card:
Payment by credit card is possible with VISA and MasterCard, and transactions are processed through the Barion system, which also allows the use of Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Cash on delivery (domestic only):
In case of payment by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 600 HUF will be charged, cash and credit card payment is also possible.

What is Barion?
Barion is a secure, bank-independent online payment system that allows you to pay directly by credit card or top up your Barion balance.

🚛 Delivery Information

Delivery is by door-to-door delivery, we do not currently deliver to vending machines. 

Parcel tracking is possible on the carrier's interface, and contacting the courier directly with the carrier is also possible. 

Delivery charges within Hungary:

Free delivery:

• Free delivery for end users over HUF 40.000,
• Free delivery over HUF 80.000 for resellers.

Package tracking and delivery coordination

You can track the current status of your parcel in the delivery companies' (GLS, MPL) own systems.

It is important to note that our webshop does not have the possibility to change the delivery date or to negotiate delivery details. The delivery company is responsible for all questions regarding the delivery and the coordination with the courier.

📝 Billing

How do I get the invoice?
The invoices are sent automatically by Billingo's system electronically after the order is received. It is also worth checking your spam/junk folders if you do not find the invoice in your primary mailbox. We use the Billingo system for billing. It is done automatically and not manually.

💡 Other Information

Damaged packages:
Check the parcel on receipt and ask for a report in case of damage. No claims will be accepted without a record.

Unreceived parcels:
In the case of returned parcels that are not accepted, the return shipping fee is paid by the customer. Reshipment is possible after payment in advance.

International transport:
International delivery is only available to individuals in the countries indicated. Before placing an order, please check the additional costs (e.g. customs duties, variable delivery charges) for the country you are ordering from.

🧪 Product mixability

It's a common question, because no one likes to spray a lot, even if it's an organic product. Danuba Garden recommends that you only mix the products that we recommend. It is worth taking into account where (soil or foliar) the product is recommended and the phenological (plant development) stage of the plant.

🗓️ Warranty, storage

What is the expiry date of a product?

The manufacturer's guarantee period is the length of time from the date of manufacture for which the product is guaranteed to retain its quality. In the case of Danuba Garden products, this means that products with a shelf life of 36 months are guaranteed to last for 36 months without opening, but can still be good for 36 months after that, given that they do not contain any perishable substances. Biological products, i.e. products containing fungi or bacteria (Tricho Immune, Mikomax, Ino Myc, Ino Bact N-Cell) have a shelf life of 18 months. This means that without opening the product, it will contain the cell count guaranteed by the manufacturer for 18 months. After that, the cell count may slowly decrease over time, but the product may still be effective.

Why is storage after opening important?

Some products can be tightly closed after use and stored at room temperature, e.g. Blackjak, Softguard, DanuVital Bio+. Algae preparations (Kelpak, Asco Alga) should be tightly closed after opening and stored in a refrigerator until next use because of their high content of organic matter, which makes them perishable. In the case of bacterial or fungal preparations, special care should be taken in storage after opening: the packaging should be tightly resealed and stored at room temperature or refrigerated. This precaution is necessary because the live cells can easily become supernatant to other fungi or bacteria, or germinate when exposed to high humidity.
